Please remember to bring your key on rent day for a replacement.
The Annual General Meeting of the Highfields Allotments Society Ltd is to be held on Sunday 8 March 2026.
Venue: Top Allotment Office.
Time: 10:00am.
Any Other Business to be raised at the meeting would preferably be sent in writing to the address below or placed in the Society’s post box situated on the allotment shed before 1 March 2026.

Notice
Rents Are Now Due
Allotments (full plots): £30
Garage site (all plots): £50
Rents are to be collected on 12 April 2026 at the office on the Top Allotments between 09:30am and 12:00 Noon.
This is the only date that rents can be paid without prior arrangement with the Secretary.
Any rents not paid by these dates will be subject to a £10 late payment charge.
